Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Refunds available for all full priced items, items must be returned within 7 days of receipt for a refund. Any received thereafter may be declined.

Items must be returned in there original condition including tags and must not have been worn. We will credit your original method of payment within 10 working days of return of your item minus the original shipping charge. (if applicable)

All sales items are non refundable and cannot be exchanged.

Intimates are not refundable and unable to be returned.

The cost of the return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non- refundable.

A returns sheet is provided with each order containing instructions that must be followed in order to receive a refund.

All orders should be returned to the address on the returns form

Please note all SALE items are final. No exchanges or refunds allowed on sale items.
